Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Mouse Cursor Touchpad, an Android app published by Zoopet.

Using the app

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes and must follow applicable laws and the terms that apply to your device and other apps. The cursor and touchpad features act on your device through permissions you choose to enable. You are responsible for reviewing those permissions and for actions performed through gestures you initiate.

Accessibility and overlay permissions

Accessibility and display-over-other-apps permissions are needed for the app’s core cursor and gesture-control features. You can decline or revoke these permissions in Android settings; features that depend on them will then be unavailable.

Advertising and third-party services

The app may display advertising supplied by Google Mobile Ads and its partners. Ads and related data handling are also subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies. See the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features as needed to maintain or improve the service. App behavior may also depend on Android, device-manufacturer settings, and the permissions available on your device.
